“We would like to extend our sincere appreciation and thanks to Clyde Forsythe and staff of Palmer’s Homes and Cottages, Coldbrook, N.S. for all that they did for us during the construction of our new home. Although a little apprehensive about building a new home, Clyde calmed our fears with his vast experience in the business. From the beginning, we were guided through the process of choosing and planning our home. All of the so called “nightmares” that we had heard about from other new home builders were handled for us i.e. paperwork, pricing, permits etc. Any concerns that we had during the construction process (no matter how big or small) were graciously handled and followed up by the excellent team. Mike Forsythe and James Morton worked diligently to find solutions to issues that popped up along the way. In anxious anticipation, we frequently (daily) “dropped by” the construction site and were always greeted in a very friendly manner by all of the workers.
We would like to extend a special thanks to Clyde Forsythe. Without his help, we would not have moved through this process in such a smooth manner. Clyde always met us with a cheery, positive manner and proved that he was willing to go the extra mile. He was quick to solve any issues that arose. His wealth of knowledge in the construction business and his dedication to the business made our building experience such a success.
When people ask us if we would do this (build another house) again, without hesitation, we answer with a big yes! Building a home with this company would be a “no-brainer”.
